[몽골에 전해지는 주님의 이야기] hello everyone welcome to this week's edition of Christian world news I'm George Thomas and I'm Wendy Griffith. well today we're taking you to Mongolia it's one of the most remote regions of the world and very few people there have heard about Jesus Christ that is correct not too long ago a Russian Christian team went to the region to spread the good news of the gospel I had the privilege of escorting the team on its missionary journey 안녕하세요 이번주 세계 크리스천 뉴스의 조지 토마스 그리고 웬디 그리피트입니다. Mongolia is known as the land of the blue sky that's because people here enjoy more than 250 sunny days a year. landlocked between China and Russia it's one of the world's least densely populated countries 중국과 러시아로 둘러싸인 이 곳은 인구가 가장 밀접해 있지 않은 나라이기도 합니다 with just over 3 million people more than half live in the bustling capital city of Ulaanbaatar . the rest of Mongolia which is roughly three times the size of France looks like this vast treeless grasslands where most people live a nomadic lifestyle raising sheep, goats, cattle, camels and horses and as I discovered there are hardly any paved roads 오직 3백만의 사람들이 수도 울란바토르에 살며 그 외의 몽골 주민들은 프랑스 면적의 3배가 넘으며 나무하나 없는 대초원에서 유목민으로 살아갑니다. 양, 염소, 소, 낙타 그리고 말들을 키우고 살며 포장된 도로를 찾아보기가 쉽지 않습니다 first time driving here in Mongolia. I grew up in Africa, I loved driving stick shift so I am very comfortable with these kind of roads. there is no traffic I recently joined 46 Christians from neighboring Russia heading to remote western Mongolia where few have heard the message of Christ's love. Pavel Bure Zhukov led the mission "the heart of my Lord Jesus Christ is for the lost and hurting I want to have the same heart" 최근 저는 46명의 러시아 크리스천들과 이곳 외딴 몽골 지역에서 하나님의 사랑을 전하고 있습니다. 파벨 부어 주코브씨는 이번 선교를 이끌고 있습니다 “길 잃고 목마른 이들에게 마음이 향하는 주님과 같이 저도 그러한 마음을 갖길 원합니다” for nine years, Parsa coffe has made dozens of trips to Mongolia bringing along young Russian Christians trained and equipped to serve as possible missionaries and evangelist. 17 year old Elena told CBN News she got the call to missions at a young age this is her third visit to Mongolia. "I read a book about a missionary in a foreign country and since then I have had this burning desire to share God's love with people" 9년동안 파사 코프씨는 훈련되고 준비된 어린 러시아 크리스천들과 함께 몽골을 12번 방문했습니다. “외국에 나가 선교하는 책을 읽었고 그때부터 제 안에 하나님의 사랑을 전해가겠다는 뜨거워짐을 느꼈어요” this is Natasha Gorodnuk first trips she wants to serve in Nepal "every time I think about it my heart breaks because I know the calling of my life and I know what I'm supposed to do" 이번 선교는 나타샤씨의 첫 선교입니다. “항상 제가 무엇을 해야 하는지 그리고 제 삶의 부름을 알고 있었기에 더욱 마음에 갈등이 있었습니다” for several weeks Natasha Alaina and four dozen are the Russians partnered with Mongolian Christians to hold evangelistic camps for young people 몇 주간 나타샤와 엘라니 그리고 다른 러시아 크리스천들은 몽골의 크리스천 단체와 연합하여 아이들을 위한 복음 캠프를 진행하게 됩니다 "we started working together with our Russian brothers and sisters several years ago to reach my people with God's love what we are doing is vital for changing hearts and minds 저희는 몇 년 전부터 러시아 선교단체와 함께 하게 되었고 그들과 함께 하나님의 사랑을 전하고 사람들의 마음을 바꾸는 것이 얼마나 중요한지 알게 되었습니다 in between playing games and enjoying other outdoor activities camp organizers like Natasha gruschenko introduce Mongolians to Christianity this is her tenth visit 그녀는 게임을 하고 다른 아웃도어 활동을 즐기기보다 몽골 사람들에게 복음을 전하는 것이 더욱 중요하다고 말했습니다. 이번은 그녀의 10번째 방문입니다 "these kids are the future of Mongolia there are future pastors future church planters and possibly future leaders of this country" “이 아이들은 몽골의 미래이자 선교사이자 교회를 세울 사람입니다. 또한 이곳을 이끌어 나갈 리더가 될 것입니다” God willing they will keep the gospel in their hearts and impart their nation for Christ 하나님이 원하시는 것처럼 그들은 계속 이 나라에 그리스도의 복음을 전할 것입니다 to better appreciate the significance of these camps you have to understand the history of Christianity here in Mongolia shortly after the fall of communism there were only ten believers in the entire country 이 선교의 중요성을 알기 위해서는 몽골의 크리스천 역사를 알아야 합니다. 공산주의 체제가 끝난 직후 이곳에는 오직 10명의 크리스천들 밖에 남아있지 않았었습니다 today some 26 years later some 6000 believers are spread across this vast nation well "we are in a remote western part of Mongolia and it is still one of the most unreached places in the world" 현재 26년간의 노력으로 6000명의 크리스천들이 생겼습니다. “이곳 몽골의 서쪽지역은 아직까지도 세계에서 가장 손이 닿지 않는 지역입니다” Michael Cherenkov with mission Eurasia cosponsors the Cavs this group focuses on raising the next generation of Christian leaders in countries of the former Soviet Union and surrounding nations. "sometimes we think that people around the world know about Jesus but there are places like this that haven't been touched by the gospel" 마이클 체렌코브씨는 기관과 협력하여 다음 크리스천 세대를 육성하는데 중점을 두고 있으며 그들의 리더로 키워 나가기에 힘쓰고 있습니다. “주님을 알고 있는 곳도 이 세상에는 많습니다 하지만 이곳은 복음을 들어보지 못한 이들로 넘쳐나죠” and so camps like this one serve as an ideal ground for sharing the gospel well with young people. lives like that of 22 year old girl Jana Davis humble she accepted Christ while attending camp here as a little girl she graduated from Bible College in May and is now preparing to go on the mission field. "this camp was foundational to knowing God's love and preparing my heart to be a missionary I try to come back every year to share my experiences of how I encountered Christ" 이러한 캠프형식의 선교는 어린 아이들에게 매우 이상적입니다. 22살이 된 야나 데이비스는 이곳에서 그리스도를 영접하고 신학대학을 졸업하였습니다. 지금은 선교 사역을 돕고 있죠. “이곳은 하나님의 사랑과 제가 선교사가 되어가겠다는 꿈을 알려주었습니다. 매년 이곳에 방문해 제가 어떻게 주님을 알아갔는지 간증하고 있어요” for others like 16 year old Mashbat Baasan, a Buddhist this was the first time learning about Christianity "I learned in the Bible studies today that God created the heavens and the earth the animals and creatures of the sea I never knew of these stories before" 16살의 마쉬밧 바산은 불교 신자였습니다 하지만 이 캠프에서 처음 복음을 접했습니다. “하나님께서 이 세상을 창조하시고 땅과 바다 그리고 모든 생물을 지으심을 알게 되었어요. 전혀 모르던 사실이네요” this is also Khulium Myagmardorj's first camp experience "many Mongolians don't believe in Jesus and before I came to the camp I also thought I didn't need to know anything about him but now my heart has changed and I've learned so much more about Christianity" 이번 캠프는 킬림 막말도의 첫 캠프입니다 “많은 몽골 인들이 주님을 믿지 않아요. 저도 주님에 대해서 알 필요가 없다고 생각하였었지만 지금은 마음이 바뀌었고 기독교에 관한 많은 것을 알고 있습니다” in all some one thousand young Mongolians heard the gospel many of them for the first time. "I know there's all this controversy about Trump and alleged Russian collusion but I encourage Christians in both of our countries not to focus on this. millions of people around the world are going to hell because they don't know Jesus Christ I'm not interested in politics I'm interested about telling people about Jesus lives are in the balance and we are commanded to go and tell others about Christ's love this is what we are doing here in Mongolia" 수 천의 몽골 어린이들이 처음으로 복음을 전해 들었습니다. “아직까지 많은 이들이 세상에 시선을 의식하고 있습니다 하지만 이것은 중요한 게 아닙니다. 주님을 알지 못하여 천국을 가지 못하는 이들이 많다는 게 중요하죠. 저는 정치보다는 이곳에서 사람들에게 주님을 전하는 것을 즐기고 사랑하는 것입니다” that is such a great story and "George how cool is it to see Russian missionaries ministering to these Mongolia?" absolutely in the midst of Isis as the pastor said in the midst of all this talk about Colombo for the politics here are Russians who are they're just sold out for Jesus and their focus is going to these remote parts of Mongolia to share the gospel 정말 인상깊은 이야기였습니다. “러시아 선교단체가 열심히 몽골을 섬기는 이야기 정말 멋있네요” “맞습니다”. 정치적인 혼란과 위험요소에도 불구하고 복음을 전하기 위해 몽골로 떠난 이들의 이야기였습니다 |
